Although people have been drinking green tea in Asia for centuries, it has only recently caught on in the West. It provides many important health benefits and lately there's been a lot of talk about the benefits of drinking green tea weight loss as their goal.

I found that drinking green tea really did help me lose weight. I lost 1.8Lbs by drinking 5 cups of green tea a day over a period of 25 days. I made no changes to my diet or physical activity levels, I lost the weight simply from the green tea!

Drinking green tea/lemon before eating in the morning is very good for your digestive system. I kind of wakes up your body and gets it ready to eat.
