Types of Spice Racks

if you are looking around online because you are wanting to see what types of spice racks are available so that you can add to your kitchen, then you have definitely come to the right place!  While there is an ever growing list of types of spice racks that people come up with, I will tell you about a few of my favorite kinds, and then you'll be able to make a good solid choice based on that!

Wooden spice racks, which are the oldest style, are still awesome and give your kitchen a nice and traditional look and feel with the wooden spice rack as the accent. They are functional and can be mounted on the wall, in a carousel style, or whatever style you want. Another really popular type of spice rack is a carousel spice rack.  These spice racks are awesome saving space and still providing an elegant and functional solution for storing your spices.  They are mounted on a spindle allowing them to rotate around like a carousel does, allowing you to keep more spices in a small little spot.  Some of the most popular versions can hold from 24 spices all of the way up to 48 spices!  that is a lot of spices to be able to have at your fingertips.  Some of the most popular ones are either wooden or stainless steel allowing it to match or compliment any type of kitchen style.

If you are strapped for counter space (as most of us are) adding extra counter space isn't always the option.  But, if you want to keep your counter clutter-free but you still want to have a spice rack for easily accessible spices while cooking then a hanging spice rack is perfect for you.  You can just mount it on the wall and get the most out of the space that you have in your kitchen.  These don't usually hold as many spice racks other styles do, but if you only use a small number of spice regularly, then you can get a great hanging spice rack and it will work perfectly for you and your needs.
